David Taylor

David does the work he does because he loves real estate and helping people navigate the buying and selling process. Fifteen years ago he left the corporate world after 20+ years to pursue this passion. His goal was simple: to apply a data-driven approach combined with strong relationship-building energy to the world of real estate. He knew from his own moves and corporate relocations that he could help set the highest standards of professionalism in the industry. David has a BA from Old Dominion University and previously earned NASD/FINRA licenses in Investment, Insurance, Annuity, Mutual Fund sales and supervision - Series 6, 26, 63. In addition to Tennessee, he also has his real estate license in Virginia. David lives in Midtown/Vandy Nashville and loves taking advantage of everything the city has to offer – restaurants, music, sports, outdoor life, and downtown. He has a wonderful wife who works in HR with a healthcare technology company. His daughter graduated from Harpeth Hall and College of Charleston, SC, and lives in DC; his son graduated from Montgomery Bell Academy, played 4 years of basketball at Hampden-Sydney College, and works in Nashville. The family watches a lot of sports!
