David 'Trip' Schultz

Born and raised in Forest Lake where he graduated from Forest Lake High School. He went on to play at the University of Minnesota on a baseball scholarship. He has always had passion for sports and enjoy giving back to the Forest Lake community by coaching football and baseball for the school system and providing private baseball instruction. He also has a love of fishing, where he has been blessed to fish many distinct species from fresh water to saltwater and know the waters of Forest Lake extremely well. He has lived in the Forest Lake area my entire life and both of my parents were born and raised here. He entered the business because I have been around home building and real estate my entire life. His grandfather started a construction company 50 years ago and my dad is still running the business today. Homes are in my blood plain and simple. He has countless contacts in the area and will use them to my advantage to help my clients buy or sell in the area. He will serve my clients and give them the best experience and real estate transaction that he can!
