David is the Managing Broker of Washington Realty. In his “day” job, he is charged with the general oversight of the firm, ensuring proper regulatory compliance, staff & agent training and support, fiscal & financial responsibility, and overall day-to-day Leadership and management of the firm and all its resources.
David has unmatched experience across multiple real estate disciplines – Brokerage Administration & Sales, Appraisals, Inspection, Development, Investing, & Real Estate Education & Training.

David holds degrees from Thomas University in Thomasville, GA & The Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA. David also holds the highest professional designation in residential real estate – The Certified Residential Specialist or CRS as it’s called in the industry. The CRS is the industry Gold Standard – CRS designees are more educated, more experienced, and more efficient. David is credentialed as a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute or GRI, and a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager or CRB - which is the Management & Executive Leadership version of the CRS designation – the Gold standard of brokerage leadership. David is also a Ramsey Trusted and Endorsed Real Estate Sales Professional.
David is proud to be “living in Douglas” and while he calls Douglas & Coffee County, Georgia, Home, he can be found throughout the region - shopping, dining, taking in an event, exercising & on Sunday’s worshipping – from the mountains to the beach, to the big city and back to the country- Home – again!
While David is presently unmarried with no children, his nieces, nephews, and God-children are just like his children.
