With personal experience in renovating over 200 homes, he possesses a contractor's eye for estimating repair costs.

Real estate runs in David's blood, and he is equally comfortable working with first-time homebuyers as he is with seasoned real estate investors. He spent his formative years repairing his father's rentals until he acquired a broker's license. A lifelong Real Estate Investor, David currently holds investments in Silverdale, Bremerton, Spokane, South Seattle, and Aurora, Colorado. One of his most cherished real estate investments was three townhomes purchased in Southern California after graduating from Pomona College. These properties yielded a remarkable 23 property ROI per year until they were eventually sold for 4, 5, and 7 times their respective purchase prices.

Married since 2004 to the Austrian Amazon, Manuela Horn, David takes immense pride in being a father to two children, Louise, and Max.
