Originally from western Pennsylvania, David is a real estate professional based in downtown Fort Lauderdale who genuinely loves helping people make smart, confident moves. He’s known for being calm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to-while always advocating fiercely for his clients’ best interests.
Before real estate, David spent more than 20 years as an on-air radio personality, including satellite radio, and as a commercial voice-over talent in Washington, D.C. His background in broadcasting taught him how to truly listen, communicate clearly, and connect with people from all walks of life — skills that now serve his clients every day.
He also owned and led Elliott Group & Associates, Inc., where he secured and managed federal government research contracts. That entrepreneurial chapter sharpened his strategic thinking, attention to detail, and negotiation skills-all of which translate directly into guiding buyers and sellers through complex transactions with confidence.
Outside of work, David has been a long-time yoga practitioner and teacher, and he practices Transcendental Meditation. These disciplines help him stay centered, focused, and solution-oriented — especially during the emotional moments that can come with buying or selling a home.
