Working with Dawn was such a great experience from start to finish. When I shared my quick timeline, she jumped right in and quickly had my home listed. Her knowledge of the neighborhood and market made me feel totally at ease, and she was always happy to answer any question, big or small. What really stood out was her eye for detail — the way she marketed the property was beautiful and professional, and it truly made a difference. 5 stars are not enough for Dawn! She made the process of selling my mom's home easy and worry free. Dawn has many years of experience which was evident every step of the way. She is kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable. Dawn kept us informed at all times and answered all our questions and concerns. While Dawn has many listing going and sold homes more expensive than ours, she made us feel that my mom's home was her only listing. She answered every phone call and was extremely responsive to texts and emails. Dawn is the ultimate real estate professional. We could not be happier with the outcome of the sale. Thank you!

For the sale of my mother's home we interviewed several agents based on their reviews. We selected Dawn for her sincerity and a comfort level based on her presentation. Throughout the process she kept everyone involved and informed. There were some bumps along the way and she did her best to smooth them out and have a successful sale. Dawn was a fantastic agent for our home sale. She impressed us from the start. She laid out what to expect in the very beginning, and kept us informed all along the way. She was always proactive and always returned calls if she wasn’t immediately available. She initiated phone meetings with my wife and I, made suggestions during the process, gladly hosted open houses and basically did whatever it took to help us sell our house. We met Dawn Block at a subdivision garage sale she organized. We had signed up for it and she did a Facebook live showing of our treasures. When we interviewed realtors we included Dawn. After her presentation on her sales process, the use of technology and social media, a stager, aerial videography, and the internet, we knew she was the one for us! The professional photography made our home look amazing! We agreed on a pricing strategy and sold our home in less than a week, at our price point! Dawn went the extra mile to make sure everything worked for the sale. Responded to calls and texts at all hours of the day and night.
