Dawn Buldo

Dawn Buldo has been a licensed real estate agent since 1995 and a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Valley Realty since 2015. She serves buyers and sellers all over Bergen and Passaic counties and specializes in the Pascack Valley area of Bergen County where she has been a resident of River Vale since 1984. Dawn's professional background includes ten years’ experience in the property management field where she was a Designated Residential Leasing Professional and held a supervisory role in Residential Leasing. Her many responsibilities included marketing and advertising, firsthand customer service, and tough legal areas such as evictions and court appearances for landlords. Dawn's educational background includes a BS in Psychology, which she uses to aid in contract negotiations and help her clients through the emotional components of moving. Her professional knowledge and educational past, coupled with her life experience as being the person people "go to" for sound advice and guidance, has brought her into Real Estate sales. Nothing satisfies Dawn more than when someone choses her as their REALTOR® to help them though a major time of their lives, such as buying, selling, or investing in real estate. She accepts her role as REALTOR® as an honor, and strives to deliver five star service, which includes responsiveness and communication, sharp negotiation skills, and knowledge of market trends, culminating in a seamless transaction, and serves her clients years beyond the closing table.

In Dawn's spare time she adores any opportunity to spend with her husband, her two children and her chihuahua. She volunteers in ways to benefit children such as with the school PTA and as a religious education instructor with her church. She embraces opportunities to help with charities close to her heart such as multiple sclerosis and breast cancer. Dawn's hobbies include attending live entertainment such as concerts, Broadway theater and comedy shows. She also enjoys interior decorating and cooking for her family and friends.
