Dawn has had a passion for real estate since 1998. She started out her journey as a mortgage loan processor working for a mortgage broker. During that time she branched out to the title side of the real estate industry where she was and still does from time to time execute settlements on purchase and refi transactions (never on any transaction that she is a part of) Her final and favorite part of her journey is being a Real Estate Agent. No matter if you are buying or selling, relocating or renting she loves helping her clients reach their real estate goals. She feels that she brings to the table a vast knowledge of the entire real estate industry. After 4 short years, Dawn has truly excelled at Keller Williams! She is in the top 20% at KW and has started a very successful team with fellow agent Sharon Robertson and opened a new office location in Pulaski, VA. She can help her clients buy or sell many types of residential real estate from farms to waterfront to townhomes, single family, small home, big homes whatever your needs might be. She enjoys working with first time homebuyers and finds it very rewarding helping someone find their 1st home. In her spare time, she has a love for animals. she has a precious Shih Tzu Maggie Mae and a miniature horse named Goletas Min Man, aka The Min. He is 3 foot tall but don t let his size fool you, he is small but mighty and is quite the character. She also enjoys cooking, hiking, antiquing, boating and classic cars, she currently has a 1970 SS Chevelle that is being restored and a 1988 Formula Firebird. She also enjoys spending time with my friends and family.
