Dawn Gitman

Dawn is a long-time resident of Fairfield and real estate has been her passion for many years! After years of helping friends find and sell homes and being a sounding board for those looking for innovative renovations, many suggested she turn her dedicated hobby into a career. Having lived through a transformational renovation on her own home, and understanding the Fairfield County market, she takes pride in being a resource for her clients. In addition to her personal expertise, Dawn is part of a team that uses the marketing power of digital and social media to help create the most exposure for their clients. Dawn understands that buying a home is a big decision and her former teaching career has given her the compassion, listening and communication skills that provide her clients with the best possible experience through the home buying process. She has always made buying or selling a home a very meaningful process and always has her client's best interests at heart. Dawn and her husband are raising four very active boys who keep them busy with sports and community activities. Her family enjoys all the amenities that Fairfield County has to offer, from hiking and kayaking to relaxing with friends on one of the town’s many beaches. And of course, she loves taking in a show at FTC or having dinner at one of the many amazing restaurants in Fairfield or Westport. Dawn is a firm believer in giving back. She has spent years volunteering in the Fairfield Schools. She is a former PTA President and board member at Osborn Hill Elementary School. And is currently a PTA member at both Fairfield Woods Middle School and Fairfield Ludlowe High School. She also volunteers her time to the volunteer-based program, SASO (Scholars and Athletes Serving Others), where she serves on the board and is a liaison with Operation Hope.
