Dawn Jordan was absolutely amazing! My husband and I were first time home buyers and she represented us buying our forever home. We met at one of her listings and we chose to go with her as a local expert, friendly and knowledgeable. She was very easy to contact and always returned our texts and calls promptly. When my parents made the decision to move, I quickly hired Dawn Jordan to sell their home knowing how she has managed the real estate market out here in Manorville, and specifically their development. Not only did she negotiate an offer over asking price in 1 day, she stayed with me every step of the way. As a first-time home buyer, Dawn exceeded any expectations I may have had and defied all stereotypes of this industry. She was in lockstep with me from our first meeting, really listening and caring for my needs. My experience with Dawn was a rather unique one. A family member had passed away unexpectedly leaving a large home that was filled to the brim with 21 years worth of living. Other issues that came into play was that I was arranging for the sale of the home from Las Vegas, Nevada and, as an extra little bonus, COVID was in full force.

Dawn was relentless in searching for just the right buyer for the property, providing me with extensive contacts for everything from charities that would accept donations during Covid, trash removal and power washing companies to cleaning services that would tackle the job from top
to bottom.

The home was sold in 12 days at a price that was beyond anything that I had anticipated.

I can’t say that the outcome of the property you are selling will be the same, but I can tell you that you will never have a second thought that maybe you should have enlisted someone else.

Her dedication, drive, knowledge, honesty and communication was exceptional. I feel extremely fortunate and thankful that I put my trust in Dawn’s skill and experience - she’s excellent.

If you are serious about selling your home, then Dawn is the only realtor to call. She possesses so many qualities that make her an expert realtor and they all contribute to her success. Dawn is professional and knowledgeable. At our first meeting she came with a portfolio of information to demonstrate the value she adds and to showcase her experience. She also gave us insight on the market locally to help us determine our go to market strategy. We ended up listing the house for a bit more than I would have thought, and sooner than we expected based on her recommendation. She was absolutely right. After hosting an extremely well-attended Open House, Dawn presented us with 4 highly competitive offers. We ended up accepting an offer equivalent to our asking price and within 6 days of listing we had a duly executed contract in hand. Throughout the process, Dawn was communicative, always accessible, and responsive. She articulated our position to potential buyers and got the deal done under our terms.
