Dawn Knowles

Rick and Dawn are longtime residents of Ventura and have been Realtors for a combined 46 years. They’ve experienced the cycles of real estate and believe a strong work ethic, education and consistency are important to the success of their business. Dawn came from a family of real estate investors and learned early on the many opportunities available in this industry. She wanted to use her knowledge to help others achieve their real estate goals. Rick worked in the TV industry for ten years, saw the many benefits of real estate and decided to pursue a career as a Realtor. They’ve expanded their business to include a property management company. As active investors they also have extensive knowledge in investment properties and short-term rentals.
They currently serve Ventura County, Santa Barbara, and Northern Los Angeles County.
