What can i say about Dawn? Well Dawn is an incredible realtor and she is really efficient. So my family and another family were buying a house together and Dawn found our perfect home extremely fast. And she handled all the paperwork and walked us through the home buying process step by step. She informed both families what was going on and she is extremely patient. I can be a pain sometimes. Lol. She answered all of our questions and if she wasnt sure she found out for us. She is completely honest and up front and I love that about her. We had a little hiccup at settlement but as Dawn does she was on the phone and making sure we could settle on the 19th of May 2023. I would highly recommend Dawn to anyone buying a house from delco or any place in Pa, NJ, and Delaware. A great and big thank you Dawn for helping us all the way to settlement. You are the best in my book.

Dawn was excellent! She answered all my questions, whenever I had them. She was very knowledgeable and always followed up with me. She took time every weekend to show me houses and with each week, the houses kept getting closer and closer to what I wanted. She was kind and always reached out when there was a holiday or special event. Her paperwork was prompt and I felt like I had a true advocate in my corner looking out for my best interests. I highly recommend Dawn if you're looking for an experienced realtor!

Dawn is absolutely amazing. My husband and I reached out to her in search of a rental property, and she found us the perfect rental home for us and our 3 y/o. In a few years we’ll be expecting to purchase a home, hopefully Dawn will still be in the business and available. There aren’t enough good/positive things we can say about her. Any questions we had, she answered promptly, we honestly could not have asked for better.
