Working with Dawn was such a pleasure. She was such a professional and was able to help both myself and my aging parents through all of the details needed to get our house sold. We were out of state and she was able to provide us with daily reports to give us feedback as to what was happening with the house. The closing went off without a hitch and we were 600 miles away. Dawn is amazing! She worked with my sister, brother and I to sell our Dad's house in record time. My brother and I live in the Northeast, so all communication with us was via email. Dawn was very responsive to our questions, even late at night. Her emails were thorough. When I expected just a quick, short answer to my emails, I would instead receive replies that were a couple of paragraphs explaining things in great detail. I appreciated this very much. I am very happy we chose Dawn to be our Real Estate Agent. She's the best!

Dawn handled the sale of our property with utmost professionalism from start to finish. At the initial meeting she had all of the information we needed to assist us in making the correct decisions about sales price, etc. We could tell she had really done her homework. We were three siblings who owned the house and throughout the sales process she communicated effectively and efficiently with all three of us. So, if you want a highly efficient, knowledgeable, and effective communicator as your real estate agent, then choose Dawn!

Our father passed away April, 2021. We had received a mailer from Dawn and thankfully she met with me to discuss my father’s home. Dawn had already compiled information about the home, completed a market analysis, and was able to explain what to expect in great detail (how she took photos, how it would be marketed). This was going to be rather challenging as both my sister and brother lived out - of- state. She voluntarily supplied a folder for my siblings as well as myself. Dawn was a wealth of experience as we began this process and made herself available whenever she was needed. Her responses to our questions/ concerns were always addressed in a prompt manner and explained in detail so that we could understand the choices. Among the three of us I was local so I had more face-to-face contact with Dawn but she included my out-of-state siblings in all matters. I definitely recommend Dawn as a realtor and will definitely contact her again should I sell or buy property. I trust Dawn completely and feel strongly that she is able to resolve any issues that may arise in real estate transactions.

Dawn Perinchief is excellent. The quality that came across for me was that she listened to what my needs were. She didn't waste my time showing me properties that I would not be interested in. She made suggestions that in the end were exactly what I wanted and I didn't even know it existed. She never made me feel rushed or that there was a stupid question. Florida was new to me so I had many. Thank YOU Dawn for finding us the Home of our Dreams for our Retirement.

Dawn took very good care of our family after losing both parents in a short time span. We were in a very bad place in life and she made easier for us. She made sure we had all the information and paperwork we needed to sell my parents property and close in a timely manner. She cares and it shows.
