Dawn Rawlins

Dawn has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1999. She moved here from the Caribbean to attend college at the University of Tampa (UT). While at UT she played volleyball and was a Resident Assistant. She was recently inducted in the Athletic Hall of Fame. Dawn briefly left the state after college for a 6 year enlistment in the military and returned after her time was up, but not before earning her MBA. She briefly taught at risk students in the county school system and has since helped manage the lives of busy consultants. She brings years of customer service to the Real Estate world, while portraying the characteristics that helps her to understand the unique needs and wants of her sellers and buyers. Her ultimate goal is to connect buyers and sellers together.

Dawn currently resides in the New Tampa area with her favorite buddy - her pure breed pitbull “Chaos” - ask her about the name later :) In her spare time, you can usually find her indulging in the delicacies of Tampa Bay, alongside reading to expand her knowledge and playing Volleyball.
