Dawn helped us sell our house in 3 days! Before we decided to put our house on the market, Dawn met with us to determine price. She also provided easy home improvement suggestions to help our house look its best. Then, she "staged" (light decorating) our house beautifully (almost didn't want to move at that point :)). She had a professional photographer take amazing pictures. Dawn put our house on the market on a Thursday and it sold the next Saturday. She was a gem to work with through the entire process. Highly recommend!
