Dawson found his real estate calling in 2010 after a spending most of his adult life working in film production. He worked both locally and around the country on large blockbusters and smaller independent films as well as television series and pilots. What does that have to do with real estate?
It means that Dawson carries with him, over a decade of experience from the film & television industry, a high-pressure, time sensitive world where the calm, yet confident, collaboration, amongst vastly different personalities and temperaments, is the key to quick, high-stakes problem solving. It has conditioned him to work long hours, to gently negotiate with passionate and emotional personalities, and most importantly, to assert direction without ego.
Since his transition into Real Estate, nearly eight years ago, he has been a part over 100+ successful transactions.
