Our family had a wonderful experience working with Dean to upgrade to a larger home. I went into the process with little confidence because the way the market has been lately, but he was by our side every step of the way. He was very responsive and handled EVERYTHING for my husband and I so we didn’t have to stress over how quickly homes were moving. He constantly watched for homes to hit the market and always immediately sent us listings as soon as they became available. He also spent a lot of time meeting with my husband on short notice and viewed what felt like a dozen different homes. When we found the one we ended up buying, he saved us a lot of money, headache and was just extremely helpful when it came to negotiating our deal for our new house. Dean was so helpful in helping us find our home in Prattville. We lived out of state at the time and he helped us do everything from a distance and online. He moved quickly, was very responsive, and did a great job to show us the homes we wanted to see through videos. He also was very helpful in explaining all of the processes and terms, as this was our first home. He has also helped make recommendations for people/services to use while getting settled in our new home (i.e. mortgage lender, pest control, etc.). Thank you, Dean!

You won't be disappointed!! My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Dean on selling our home. Dean is a great realtor who will take care of his clients! When we found a house we liked, we reached out to Dean and he responded back to us quickly. Since we were from out of state, he was able to take detailed pictures and a video walkthrough that gave us confidence to put in an offer even without seeing the house in person. My husband and I were connected to Dean through an inquiry for more info on a Trulia listing. From the very first interaction over the phone, I got a good vibe from him. I can't stand the pushy car salesman type and he couldn't be further from that. He has a calm, focused demeanor that is both professional and friendly. As many others have noted, Dean was quick to respond to our inquiries as well as accommodating of our unusual communication hours (nightshift). Did I mention we are an active duty military family purchasing from out of state?? He made it an easy process and was so helpful in giving us information we wouldn't have known not being local, like which areas were convenient to shopping and highly-rated schools for our kids. In fact, he found and sent us the listing that ultimately became our new home before it was on any of the popular real estate sites. I believe this gave us an edge in an extremely competitive market. Ask for his opinion! He isn't pushy, but is more than willing to share his recommendation if you ask, which was very appreciated on our end. He also spotted a few things for the seller to address before the closing that I would have never noticed. I truly cannot recommend Dean enough!

Dean was invaluable during our time searching for, and eventually purchasing, our home. He always had the answers we needed when we asked (or was quick with finding the information if he didn't have it on hand) and when we weren't sure how to proceed. While working with Dean to sale my home I talked to many other people who were also selling their homes with different realtors to compare my experience with theirs. Let's be honest when trying to sale your home you want to know that you got the best, and I found that I did! He was always one step ahead of us if we ever needed anything done. (Some other realtors that I compared him to wouldn't even return their clients calls for 2 days!!) Not Dean though, he was easy to reach and always made himself available if we had a question. We did not know Dean beforehand but found him as he was the selling realtor for a house we were interested in. Not being in person, Dean took time to take video of properties we were interested in so we could get a better feel for the home. Although we did not go with the original property, we were happy to have Dean on board for the remainder of our buying experience. Dean was very proactive during the process, routinely checking in with the loan officer, selling realtor and us to ensure the process went smoothly in an effort to avoid delays during closing. He was very helpful. My home was listed that evening with pictures and a detail listing. I was kept informed about all inspections and potential customers. He took us to approximately 15 or more houses in 3 different counties. He understood the importance of this purchase. Dean took it upon himself to go above and beyond what he had to and created a seamless sell of our home, and purchase of our new home. He contacted schools to verify zones; he contacted the homeowners association to ensure we could have a pool put in. Dean also contacted the original builder to help get the history of the home prior to making an offer. He did all these things without us ever asking him to. Bought a home in 2014 in Prattville Junction, Millbrook, AL 36054. --- I was a first time home buyer and Dean was fantastic with all my questions. He let me check out as many homes for sale as I liked. Also once it was time to put an offer in he was very helpful narrowing down the terms of the contract and negotiating the terms of my contract. After the contract was accepted and in escrow, Dean even set up a walk through so I could measure all the windows, so all my windows treatments would be ready the day I got the keys. Bought a home in 2014. --- WOW!!!! Amazing!!!! Dean took care of my family in three weeks. He was very prompt.
