With a career spanning several decades, Dean's journey in real estate began in 1995 in the vibrant market of Birmingham/Oakland County, and he continues to thrive in the industry today, specializing in the picturesque landscapes of Northern Michigan since 2020.
Dean's educational background is equally impressive, having served in the United States Marine Corps until 1988 and later pursuing higher education at OCC-Walsh College, where he studied Economics/Business.
Currently residing in the serene neighborhoods of Northern Michigan for the past 7 years, Dean has become deeply ingrained in the local community. He not only helps clients find their dream homes but is also an active member of various community organizations, including the Board of Review Otsego County and Bagley Township, as well as serving on the Otsego Lake Association Board of Directors.
Outside of the world of real estate, Dean is Host for HGTV's Emmy nominated and Telly Award winning "The American Dream". Also, a seasoned chef with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, even having been regularly featured as a chef on the FOX 2 Detroit Cooking School Segment. When he's not cooking up a storm or roaming the globe shooting ADTV segments, you can find Dean enjoying the serene waters of Northern Michigan through boating, testing his golf swing, and engaging in fundraising activities to give back to his community.
For Dean, the most exhilarating and fulfilling aspect of his job is the art of negotiation. He takes pride in skillfully navigating negotiations to reach a point where all parties involved are satisfied. Additionally, he finds joy in touring the breathtaking landscapes of Northern Michigan, whether it's a snowy winter wonderland or a sunny summer paradise. Dean believes that the beauty of the region has a unique way of soothing the soul, making it an ideal place to call home.
