I’m Dean Cramer, a Highlands-based Realtor who blends marketing, digital strategy, and community insight to help clients make confident decisions in a fast-moving market. I’m both data driven and guided by human instinct, giving you the analytics behind the market and the real-world intuition that only comes from living and working in this community every day.

Before real estate, I spent several years in pharmaceutical sales, then built one of the first artist discovery platforms in the music business, a platform that helped launch pop stars nationwide. I take that entire concept into real estate, approaching every property with positioning, presentation, and strategy in mind.

I also run HelloHighlandsNJ, a hyper-local blog and social channel that highlights the people and businesses shaping Highlands and Atlantic Highlands. Staying plugged into the community helps me understand neighborhood trends long before they show up in the data.
