I started spending my summers in South Seaside Park in the late 80’s, so I know what a gem this unique carve out of the New Jersey Coastline truly is. Today, I am happy to call it my home, and I absolutely adore what this area has to offer.
Being an Army Brat, I was born in Germany, and have since worked and lived in multiple places across the US, and the world. I’ve been in the Technology and International Logistics sectors for the past 30 years and have spent most of the last decade commuting to/from Paris, France. This has afforded me the opportunity to travel extensively, both personally and professionally. I’ve been able to see much of the world, many times through the lens of “a local”, and to meet people from all walks of life.
I have been actively involved in buying and selling real estate for over 20 years, from investing in residential and commercial properties, to building our own personal homes, to owning both long - and short - term rentals. As a result, I have an extensive background in the multiple aspects of property management as well.
Having a harmonious work/life balance is critical, and I believe the coastal life is a perfect way to achieve it. Whether it be the sunsets, beach, or boating, there is something for everyone here. Owning a primary, vacation, or retirement home on the Jersey Shore provides all of that, and more, and it is well within your reach.
