Deanne helped us purchase our first home in CA and was a dream to work with. She gave us space to discover what exactly we were looking for while providing the insight that only comes from a local with an intimate knowledge of the area.

She advocated for us throughout the process and made sure that we got the best deal possible. She was well informed on all of the potential risks and we never felt surprised or caught off guard because Deanne always had us one step ahead.

Deanne's communication was off the charts. She was always there for us responding to emails, texts, and phone calls whenever we had questions. Deanne was never overbearing and we never felt any pressure from her. She was patient with us and let us make the best decisions possible. The process could not have been smoother with Deanne guiding us.

To whom it may concern,
Through a referral we were introduced to realtor Deanne Batis. The objective was for my 80 year old mother to find an affordable home closer to family, away from the snow of the Sierra Nevada region.

Working within a contingency environment, it was important to be represented by someone that was ethical, attentive and knowledgeable. Deanne was all of this and more.

In a very short time, Deanne was able to locate and secure a fantastic new 55+ community home in our price range. As with most contingencies, there was a lot of moving parts. Deanne shined with her ability to take a lot of information and break it down into action items with timelines.

The close met the target date and was a success. Deanne was complemented by the seller as she requested (and received) concessions other realtors representing buyers in this community had never asked for. Post sale has been great, following up to make sure everything is as expected.

If the need were to present itself, I would not hesitate to again utilize Deanne in a real estate transaction.

Thank you for all your help and walking us through the whole process. Deanne explained everything and went over the contract step by step; never once did her answers change. She gave us all the information we needed and we could see she was serious about what she does. She puts her clients first. I can’t remember how many times she dropped everything to come show us a listing and had all the information we needed on it.
