Deb has spent most of her life on the picturesque shores of Lake Michigan, making her very familiar with the lakeside communities up and down the peninsula. After retiring in 2016 with her husband Paul, they have cherished their time with their children and grandchildren, becoming enthusiastic members of their community. Deb and Paul enjoy traveling and participating in various events around Door County with family and friends. They have two grown daughters, Lauren (Wes) and Lindsey (Cory), and four wonderful grandchildren, Brody, Raustlynn, Jaxyn, and Sawyer.

In 2018, Deb embarked on a new adventure by obtaining her real estate license to join forces with her daughter, Lauren Wood. Together, they have successfully sold over $14 million in properties in 2024 alone! With over 35 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Deb’s attention to detail is one of her standout skills. She is passionate about showcasing the unique features of your home to ensure a quick sale and is dedicated to showing clients the best that the area has to offer. Lauren Wood

Lauren began her real estate career in 2018, and in her first year, she and Deb sold over $1.6 million in properties. Her previous career equipped her with excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle various situations with ease. Lauren holds an Associate’s degree in Marketing/Graphic Communications, which has instilled in her a commitment to excellence. She uses these skills to help clients find their dream homes and sell their current properties.

Born and raised along the Lakeshore, Lauren has spent her summers on Washington Island and throughout Door County, enjoying boating, swimming, and shopping with friends and family. She and her husband Wes are active in hunting, fishing, and boating. They share their love for the outdoors with their German Shorthaired Pointer, Willow, and their Maine Coon cat, Dash.
