We moved here from Washington state and Deb helped my sister and brother to find a townhouse for us to buy. She sent us new listings every day and we checked them and she showed them to our relatives. She was really helpful and made our moving really easy. We love the townhouse they found for us through her help. I would recommend her to any of our relatives or friends.

I ended up finding Deb through a random search on Realtor.com. I have friends and even family that are realtors but Deb was just so responsive and willing to help that I decided to work with her on both the sale of my place and the purchase of my next!
Deb was transparent on the overall process and was patient when I had silly questions! 😊 When I did ask her opinion, she gave it without at all pressuring me into a certain direction and was just honest and helping to give her expert opinion.

I would absolutely work with Deb again and would recommend her to anyone!

Deb went above and beyond. Prior to putting the house on the market, she worked with us to develop a strategy both for price and a timeline. We had multiple offers and she organized the information in a way that made it easier for us to understand the offers. Before closing she was available to answer questions and to support us through the whole process. She made the experience very pleasant.

Highly recommended! Purchasing our first home, Deb made us feel extremely comfortable every step of the way. Not only did she give us honest advice and pros/cons for every house we looked at based off of her knowledge and experience, she was never pushy or tried to make us settle (like some realtors can be). Throughout the long process of looking at homes for 2+ months, (driving over an hour to meet us in our location every time) Deb found us our perfect home. She was extremely careful when it came to the offer/closing process and lead us every step of the way. Very easy to trust and never gives up on looking for your perfect home, and most importantly, in your price range. She will be our forever realtor!

I cannot describe how great Deb is. Not only is she very professional and knowledgeable, she helps guide you through the home buying and selling process. My wife and I found our dream (forever) home, and we put in an offer. We went through the builders lender, and they were slow to process our paperwork. Deb’s attention to detail, noticed that the lender was running too slow, and kept on the lender to ensure we got the home we love. Deb’s knowledge on the VA home loan was very helpful and greatly reduced our stress level. I have and will continue to recommend Deb to my friends and family.

Deb made the process easy. She came along side me and walked me through it all. She gave me pointers on how to present my house and helped me sell it within days of listing it. She helped me find a realtor in the area I was moving to and kept in contact to be sure that process went well. I would highly recommend her.
