The timing was perfect since our current apartment we were staying at gave us a notice that we were getting kicked out. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Staged Home Real Estate. My first-time selling of the home, with very little knowledge about how to find the right agent. I met with a couple of realtors before Debby Ave, but I knew instantly that she was the perfect one for the sale of this home. She is very honest and hands-on with every detail. I never felt forced to take an offers. She is very creative in real estate market, in such a way that the seller and buyer both feel fully confident to work with her. She personally took deep interest in understanding and explaining the spirit of the design of this home to the clients. She walked me through every step of the negotiations with lender and buyer. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and I thank Debby for that. We closed escrow, in a way that the buyer and the seller both are perfectly happy with end result.

A family member introduced me to Debby Avey. She was very warm and inviting to talk with. She told me she was a Realtor. It was a delight talking to her. Months later my husband called me on the phone while I was out of town and told me he was interested in purchasing a home. He further said Debbie was the realtor that would be assisting us. I was glad to hear she would be the person assisting us, because I felt comfortable with her. I have always been skeptical of salesmen, ie, car dealers, realtors etc. But something was different about her. I also didn’t think we were not at present financially eligible to purchase a home. And our credit scores wouldn't validate us being eligible. I felt we needed to go through some type of credit repair process. I truly believed she was God sent! Debbie was phenomenal in assisting and coaching us during the entire process. I was Amazed by her knowledge in the process of purchasing and selling property. The staging was fantastic and we sold our house in 3 days for over asking price. Debbie and Trisha also helped us find our forever home and we couldn't be happier. Then I was lucky enough to have her negotiate a really great price on another property in Oceanside. She also worked with me to have one of the fire victims family who lost there home in the Fallbrook fire to rent my home while there’s was being rebuilt. Her team fully designed and furnished the rental as a surprise when they got there keys because they had no furniture either. Great team, hard workers and compassionate

My experience with Staged Homes was wonderful. I felt as though God had dropped me in their laps because my bank had suggested I use them, and then set up an appointment for me to met Debbie. I found Debbie to be friendly and knowledgeable in the house business. She saw past my mess and had Travis, her son, stop by to go over the remodel. They worked within my budge and helped me see past the limitations I thought were there. Then can the staging of my home. Pirre was a dream and surprised me with what she did. Trisha and Sara made a great team when helping us find our first house. They were helpful and knowledgeable during each step of the process. They have good insight and knowledge on the market. Debbie Avey was wonderful to work with! As a first time home buyer this was definitely a daunting process. Debbie worked diligently to make this process work for me, and helped explain everything along the way. She is clearly very knowledgeable and has experience that makes her an amazing realtor.
