Debbie Bequette

Debbie is the current managing broker of Select Homes, LLC. She started her real estate career in the year 2000. Debbie has received numerous awards throughout her career, yet her most valuable rewards are the clients that have become family over the years. The title she values the most is “Aunt Debbie”. She has been adopted by hundreds of clients, church kids, and friends including of course her actual nephews and nieces. These bonds are her greatest reward and bring much joy to her life. “Where Clients Become Family” fits, when it comes to Debbie. She believes we should always put others' needs first and do what is right for them. If Debbie helps you with buying or selling a house, you will find that your needs will be treated like you are a special member of her family.
Debbie is involved in helping The North High School Alumni Fundraiser over the past seven years. Honoring her school and helping kids further their education and volunteering in the classrooms when needed. Debbie is very passionate about the youth at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church. She has taught kids in the fourth and fifth grades for many years. Confirmation is a special program she helps with.
It is very important for Debbie on helping others, putting clients first, and always doing the right thing. That is one of the reasons she has had so many loyal clients over the many years in this business. Buying and selling a home are big investments and can be stressful for clients. She believes in helping relieve some of that stress for her clients while navigating through home selling or home purchase. As the Broker, she tries to instill these values in the real estate agents at Select Homes, passing on the knowledge from her years of service and experience.
