Debbie's journey of selling homes in the Carolinas began in 1997. Since then, she has sold in all areas of Charlotte including Huntersville, Lake Norman, Concord, and University. In 2005, her husband was relocated to Iowa, and she had the pleasure of experiencing firsthand what buyers go through when moving their families across the states. After selling homes in Iowa for a few years, she is now back in the south selling in Fort Mill, SC, and surrounding areas. She has two boys,13 and 16. Her children attend the excellent Fort Mill School District. She enjoys reading, outdoor adventures with her husband, Carolina weather, her dogs, running, time with girlfriends and a glass of wine to name just a few. As an established runner she has finished half marathons, mud runs, overnight relays, and one full marathon (not sure she is doing that one again!) The same drive and dedication she invest in her training to cross the finish line is the same focus you can expect from her in the real estate process.
