Debbie is the best real estate agent we have worked with. She went above and beyond in helping us find a home in this market, which was tricky because we were living out of state. She found us many great options, including the perfect home that had everything we were looking for. While the seller’s agent was not very helpful, she was on the ball with every aspect of the transaction and came through for us. She is great at keeping in touch and always quick to respond. Debbie worked with me for two years before we found a house that was what we were looking for. We had placed bids on two homes, lost both. In retrospect, it has all turned out for the best. Debbie is friendly, professional, generous with her time, and truly patient. I never felt rushed to make a decision. We live miles away from Franklin most of the time, and were only able to visit on occasion, but she was always willing to work with us to find just the right place. I’m picky, and I’d choose her again!
