I cannot recommend Debbie enough as a realtor serving clients in Baton Rouge and in the surrounding areas! She is kind, considerate, knowledgeable, detailed in all of her interactions, and is fantastic at negotiating the best contract and situation for her clients. You won't be disappointed in your experience whether you are buying or selling!

Working with Debbie as my realtor made my process so so seem less - she always went above and beyond. Very detailed, always explained anything I asked about very thoroughly. Never pushed me into anything I didn’t want (which is a blessing to have as a realtor!). Very patient, made sure I was informed of everything, even things I didn’t think of. Her research was incredibly thorough and always keeping me posted on anything new, I have never had a realtor this dedicated to ensure I was completely satisfied with the sell and purchase of our homes. She has been my realtor for 2 different transactions and I HIGHLY recommend Debbie Pacas if you are looking for a THAT realtor that is there for YOU!
