About Debbie

Originally from Indiana, I moved to the Washington, DC metropolitan area after graduating from Northwestern University. I then decided to pursue a career in the legal field and while working as a paralegal and raising 3 young children, I obtained my law degree from George Mason University School of Law. After graduation, I worked as a medical malpractice attorney for 10 years, where I recognized the value and trust my clients placed in me, not only for exceeding their expectations in negotiating multi-million dollar settlements but also for thoughtful listening, communicating and being their advocate throughout our relationship. I then spent the next 16 years in the corporate world before retiring in 2018 to Southport, NC where I and my husband, Rick Sprince, have owned a home since 2005. Rick obtained his North Carolina real estate license in 2007 and I decided to obtain my license so I could join him as a team. I believe in the importance of responsiveness, flexibility, patience and the willingness to go above and beyond. I don’t believe in high pressure sales practices and won’t promise something I can’t deliver.
