My husband and I had been considering downsizing, and a very appropriate listing came up. Debbie set up an immediate showing that evening. She took us back early the next morning only to discover there was already an offer. We had to decide quickly, but we had a few questions. Debbie went to work and very quickly, we had all the answers we needed. She was amazing. However, after serious consideration, we decided not to bid. Debbie couldn't have been more understanding and gracious. I highly recommend her and know you won't be disappointed. She will work very hard for you. I also recommended Debbie to a friend several years ago who wanted to make her first purchase, and she helped guide her to the perfect home.

Ms South was a pro during the process of selling my home and buying another. The house sold within 4 days. During this process, she walked me thru the steps selling, looking for another home and buying. She made it easy and convenient. Great job!

Honestly, we met Debbie for the first time at an open house we didn't even know about - and we went on to buy the home. She was personal, inviting, and intelligent from the moment we met her! They say you buy from people you like, and we like Debbie a whole lot. She was professional and organized during our closing process and helped us jump through some fairly difficult hoops. We then asked Debbie to help us sell our other home in Moore, and she went above and beyond to ensure that it was marketed as well as possible. She spent several Sunday's there hosting Open House events, and kept going back to the drawing board to find new ways to get the word out about the house. At this time we have a contract on the home and are going through to closing later this month, fingers crossed! I fully recommend using Debbie as your real estate agent - she is what those in the industry call "the full package". Thanks to her we now are loving our new OKC home.
