Debbie Vinson

My name is Debbie Vinson. I have been a real estate agent since 1999 with a career in sales dating back to 1978. I’m a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maryland Realtors and Pen Mar Association of Realtors. I earned my GRI, Graduate, REALTOR Institute certificate in 2002, and received my Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation (ABR) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) in 2006. I was awarded the Home Team Spirit Award in 2005, named Realtor of the Year for Maryland for the Pen Mar Association of Realtors, Inc. in 2009, and received the John G. Younkins Memorial Award for Pen Mar Association of Realtors, Inc. in 2010.
I love my Real Estate business; my clients and customers are very important to me. I work hard, I am always honest with my clients and show them respect by communicating with them in a timely manner by phone, text, email or in person. I work with buyers, sellers, investors and all military (active or retired).
I have lived in Hagerstown all my life with exception of 8 years when I was with my husband while he served in the United States Air Force. He retired after 23 years of service in the West Virginia Air National Guard, he also worked at the Hagerstown Postal Service for 32 years as a clerk and now loves retirement. My husband and I owned and operated a florist for 9 years in Hagerstown. We have been married for 46 years; we have 2 sons, 2 daughter-in-law’s, 4 grandchildren and a Shih Tzu named Gidget. I love to read, crochet, knit and spend time with my family and friends. We also love to go camping.
