Debi is simply outstanding. From our very first call through closing day, she treated our home search as if it were her own family’s. We were looking for the right family home in Livermore, and Debi guided us with deep local knowledge—schools, neighborhoods, commute routes, and even subtle things like which streets get the best morning light.

What really impressed us was how proactive and hands-on she was. Debi walked every property with us, pointing out details we might have missed and—most importantly—being completely honest about what she liked and didn’t like about our choices. More than once we found ourselves saying, “How could you possibly know this?” as she explained nuances about construction quality, hidden costs, or neighborhood quirks.
