Debi Farrell

The career change from retail to real estate was a suggestion from her husband, Bob, owner of Farrell & Boswell Land Company. Bob is a seasoned Longview real estate broker and developer of rural properties in East Texas. Debi, a former educator, and retail store owner in Longview, has had firsthand knowledge of the real estate market for over 45 years through her husband’s business. She has been a multi-million-dollar producer every year since becoming a realtor and has been the company’s Top Producer multiple times. Whether assisting old friends or newly formed ones, Debi has a knack for making everyone feel comfortable and informed during the entire real estate transaction. She has been a realtor since 1997, received her real estate broker’s license in 2017, and is a Broker Associate with Summers Cook.

Debi and Bob are long time active members of First Baptist Church. They have lived a variety of homes in Longview, ranging from the “mini ranch” with 50 acres, cows, and horses, to homes in town on smaller lots. They enjoy time with their children, Julie and Steven, their spouses, and 6 grandchildren.
