Debi Freeland

As a native Californian, Debi discovered Vacaville when as a little girl, her family would stop at The Nut Tree for a break during the long drive to the family's country property behind Mt. Hasta. Since those childhood days, she has had the opportunity to move from the hustle and bustle lifestyle of Silicon Valley living to the growing slice of heaven here in Vacaville. With an interest in residential investment property, Debi has invested in the market within both Solano and Yolo Counties and became a Certified Property Management Specialist. She is also a member of the Sacramento Valley Rental Housing Association (RHA). In addition, she belongs to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR), the Northern Solano County Association of Realtors (NSCAR), the Graduate Realty Institute (GRI), and the local Vacaville Chamber of Commerce. Majoring in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing at the University of the Pacific, Debi's 25+ year career has focused on management-level positions in Marketing, Sales, and Finance; three major elements of a real estate transaction. As a Broker, Realtor, and Property Manager, her education, career experience, and love of real estate is combined to provide clients with the knowledge, professionalism, and customer service they deserve in their next real estate transaction.
