I can not say enough about Debi Sellers! Even though it wasn't the most money the biggest commission she gave it her all! She kept in tough through e-mail, and phone conversations. She let us know what the buyers who where looking thought about our property. She let us in on what was on the market in the same price line . She went above and beyond in every aspect. From our first meeting I told her the bottom dollar we would take for us to walk away. She got us above that, she made sure of it too. I have hired many real estate agents she's a 10 out 10. At no point was I ignored or phone calls or e-mails not answered. She answers immediately! No question was to small or non important. Where do we start? Debi Sellers was fantastic!! She was great from the first time we meant till the day we closed. Everything she said was on point. I am get to the point type of person. I want this much in my hands. Can you make this happen? YES YES YES! Not only did she get it she delivered. When one client looked four times and backed out, Debi didn't lose a beat. She said we will sell and it will be done quickly. She was right, just a week later we countered back and forth and walked away with more than we asked for. That is above and above the regular client customer relationship. She kept e-mailing me and keeping me in the loop for each person who was interested and looking into our property. We also kept up our part of the deal too. Everything we told her we did it. We went above and beyond to assist in the close. Leaving outside furniture for buyer, no it wasn't included at first but made the new buyer feel at ease on his final walk through. Nothing had changed, we hadn't removed anything and we added to his package buy. In short, if you want a gal that does the work in 1/2 the time? Hire Debi Sellers. She was wonderful, professional, honest, dependable, and there! I've bought a lot I've sold a lot. She is a 10 in my book! Thank You again Debi thank you so much! I can't say enough great things about Debi Sellers. Having to sell a home while I was 1500 miles away seemed like an impossible task. When I went to Florida to clean out the house I called her in as my Real Estate agent. She was so understanding about my situation and helpful in every way. She suggested donation sites, hired a cleaning crew for me, got bulky items removed...she was terrific. She kept me in the loop about showings, advertising etc. She always worked around my schedule. She made me feel confident that the house would sell in a timely manner and it did..Thanks to Debi. Debi exceeded all my expectations. All home sales have their own circumstances that can be challenging to work with in getting a sale of a home done. Debi is the BEST!! When I thought about selling my parents home 1500 miles away, I thought I was in for a horror story...that was until I called Debi. In all the homes I've bought and sold over the years, Debi was by far the most professional, helpful, caring agent I ever had. She completely managed everything in Florida for me. She helped with finding cleaning and painting companies, recipients for donations, found a Church to donate my mothers Organ to (and mailed me the receipt).
