Debi Strange is an incredible agent that I have worked with as a vendor for numerous years! She has such a vast knowledge of the market coupled with being so thorough and professional! One of my favorite things about Debi was she always had a smile on her face and was fun to work with, she brings a peace with her that is so important during the stressful time of buying/selling of a home!! I have dealt with many realtors in my life but none quite as spectacular as Debi. She sets the bar very high. Not only is she professional in all of her practices but she goes above and beyond to expedite the sale of your home. She is always responsive, communicative, friendly, gracious, and attentive to all of your needs. It is no wonder she is the most sought after realtor in Wichita. Without a shadow of a doubt, I would highly recommend her to all who are in need of the most competent local realtor. She is the very best.

When looking for a home Debi was nothing less than excellent. Debi never showed an once of hesitation when I was sending her homes I wanted to look at the next day, at 10pm that night.
She didn't sugar coat a thing, weather that be the condition of a home we liked or the price. She gave us insight as young home buyers we lacked. She walked us through the home buying process with such grace.
We were on a mission to find a home very quickly and she did just that. She gets to know her clients so well and you end up being friends for life. I am SO glad we chose Debi Strange to be our realtor to find the home we plan on raising our family in.

Debi took time to explain every detail of the process of buying a home for us, and really helped get us informed throughout the experience. Debi has been an excellent Realtor. She has found me homes for about 20 years now and really, I couldn't ask for a better and honest person. She will point things out that you are looking for before you notice it in a house. She is on point of what you are looking for in a house such as "must have's" as well as keeps your wants in mind and really tries to check all the boxes needed. Professionalism at its finest!

Debi Strange is OUTSTANDING!

She assisted my sisters and I sell our parent’s farm house. Before her listing, the house had been on the market for 18 months with minimal interest.

Debi was a breath of fresh air. She staged the home, hired an excellent photographer (stills and drone footage), wrote a fantastic sales narrative, and listed our house on numerous social media sites. Within FIVE DAYS of Debi’s listing, she had an offer for us, ABOVE, the listing price!

Not only did she sell our property quickly, but she was also empathic, understanding the entire emotional complexities of selling a childhood home.

Debi is a master of the entire process, communicating solid advice that helped us make great choices. My sisters and I live in 3 different states; our physical distance from the property wasn’t an issue at all for Debi. When unanticipated complications occurred with the closing, Debi advised us on how to handle and resolve the situation. We always felt as though she “had our backs” and was watching out for our best interest.

My sisters and I are so grateful for Debi and HIGHLY recommend her for anyone looking for an excellent realtor.

Debi has a long history with our family. She sold my wife’s parents’ house for them when they moved out of state. She helped us buy our first house together, and we have referred her to several friends, who she has also helped buy new homes. She is enthusiastic, listens carefully, and doesn’t waste your time with things you aren’t looking for. She goes above and beyond every single time, and has a quality network of associates that help her make things as smooth as possible for everyone involved. She referred us to a sprinkler system guy and heating/air guy that we still use to this day (a decade later). She will be our realtor for life, but we consider her a family friend now. We cannot recommend her strongly enough, and since a galaxy of stars is not an option, we will have to settle for giving her five.

Debi came highly recommended and helped us sell our family home after we moved out. She connected us with a good Estate sale company and coordinated with them to get the house ready for sale along with cleaning and lawn maintenance.

She prepared a nice portfolio for our valuation report with pictures and comps from our area. She's very accessible, responsive and punctual, which are very important when dealing with time-sensitive matters from 2 time zones away.

Several unfortunate surprises popped up that required estimates, repair, and access to the house, all of which Debi oversaw.

I've worked with other realtors, and I feel that Debi truly had our best interests at heart and lended her expertise to help us make informed decisions we were comfortable with.

She's kind and professional--a pleasure to work with during a stressful time!

Debi is a wonderful realtor! She was instrumental in making our recent home purchase go smoothly. What is typically considered to be a stressful experience really wasn't. She quickly answered our questions and kept us up to speed on every step of the negotiating and purchasing process which can become pretty complex when a relocation company is unloved in the transaction. We will be calling her in the future if we decide to move/sell. Many years of experience, a great attitude and very responsive communication were a plus. I highly recommend her!

Debi was absolutely amazing! We were selling our family home (after our mother passed away) from across country and debi took care of EVERYTHING! She set up an estate sale, had the necessary repairs done to the house and then had it detailed by a housekeeping service before she put in on the market. She priced it competitively and marketed the home. We would highly recommend her for any real estate needs, she's AMAZING and treated the home like it was her own!

I had never met Debi before I purchased a home. She was recommended by a friend and I wasn't sure how the experience would work out, or what I was getting myself into. Right from the get-go Debi treated me with a sensitive nature, respect, and kindness. I had a very short window to sell my current home and to purchase a new one. She was able to guide the process smoothly and without any major catastrophes. This all is especially true since the home I was purchasing was being sold by owner who had no idea how the home selling process worked.

Neither of my transactions resulted in large commissions for Debi, yet she treated me like I was purchasing a million dollar home. The process and experience is more important to her than how much her commission is.

I'm still in love with my home and will randomly text Debi telling her how much I love it. Not only did I get a wonderful home by working with Debi, but I also made a new friend.
