Debi Warner-Lafayette

Debi Lafayette is a Lake Murray real estate advisor with more than 26 years of experience in residential real estate, new construction sales, and brokerage leadership across North and South Carolina. She specializes in luxury homes and waterfront property on Lake Murray, helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the Southeast’s most desirable lakefront markets.
Debi is also deeply committed to the Lake Murray community. She serves as Vice President of the Lake Murray Association and previously served as its President, working with regional stakeholders and Dominion Energy to protect and promote the lake. She also chairs the Bomb Island Sanctuary Project, an initiative focused on preserving one of Lake Murray’s most important natural habitats.
Her professional involvement includes serving as a Broker in Charge in both North and South Carolina, a SCRA Certified Ombudsmen and Mediator, and a member of multiple professional standards and contract committees within the real estate industry. She has also been recognized with numerous awards including RE/MAX Platinum Awards and CCRA Circle of Excellence honors, and has served as a judge for several major homebuilding industry awards and tours of homes.
Debi and her husband Bill live on the shores of beautiful Lake Murray in Lexington, South Carolina, where they enjoy spending time with their five children, three grandchildren, and their golden retrievers. When not working with clients, they enjoy boating, entertaining, and traveling with family.
