About Deborah

Deborah brings over 15 years’ experience to the New Home Construction Industry. She started her real estate career with Fonville Morisey Barefoot in 2007 as an on-site agent. In 2009, she went to work directly for a private local homebuilder where she spent the next 12 years growing the company as part of the Sales and Marketing Management team until it was sold in 2018 to a National builder. Deborah has since returned to Fonville Morisey Barefoot (FMB) as VP/Sales to share her experience. Deborah’s wealth of experience in the Triangle Real Estate Market, includes market analysis, licensed mortgage broker, new home sales and marketing management and business development. Deborah is originally from New York, graduating from SUNY Canton in 1992, and she has called Raleigh home since 1997.
