Deborah Davis

In 2002 a two-week vacation quickly turned into a complete life change when Deborah Davis fell in love with Hawaii. Within two months she traded the corporate world in Houston, Texas for a new career in paradise. A principal partner in a real estate development company for the last 20 years, Debbie's experience in both residential and commercial acquisition and construction have provided a sturdy base for her real estate career in Maui. With over 25 years of experience in executive administration and marketing, Deborah excels at project management - covering the key details while infusing creativity and passion on all levels of the purchase process.

Growing up in a construction and real estate environment obviously influenced Deborah’s son, Bill, a real estate attorney in Manhattan. Deborah frequently travels to New York to visit her son, daughter-in-law, and two grandsons. Another passion in life is yoga. She fulfilled her dream of becoming a certified yoga instructor in 2010. Debbie also enjoys SUP, skiing, cycling, writing, and exploring new countries and cultures. Deborah’s love for Maui is expressed through community involvement as a Hospice volunteer and serving on the Realtor’s Association of Maui’s Professional Standards Committee.
