For starters, Deborah is AWESOME. Not only was she an absolute pleasure to work with, but her tenacity, diligence, and professionalism is top tier. My wife and I were starting to look for our first and forever home, so there were a lot of things we had questions on. Deborah’s communication is unparalleled. She always answered our phone calls/texts if we had questions, or if we wanted to setup time to see a property in person. We never felt that she was just trying to sell us something, and that she truly had our best interests in mind. A few of the things she told us early on was that she wouldn’t sugar coat anything, and that she wouldn’t sell us a house that she wouldn’t live in. It really did feel like that throughout the whole 6-month home search period. She made the whole process smooth (even being extremely flexible when we switched lenders mid escrow!).
Having Deborah as your real estate agent is one the best decisions you’ll make as a home buyer/seller.

Some people said we were lucky, but I know better - we were working with a pro! Deborah really understood what we were looking for. She took us out to look at homes one time, and we immediately fell in love with a place in Talmadge. She strategized with us to come up with a competitive offer, and we took all of her advice. Our offer wasn’t even countered - they accepted it right away! After inspections, the seller pulled some really strange, unprofessional antics, and we had no idea what to do. Deborah stepped in and handled the entire situation with poise and grace.

We have loved our home for five years now, all thanks to Deborah. She’s excellent at her job, and generally just a great person. She’s even on our Christmas card list! I’d say we can’t wait to work with her again, but I don’t think we’ll ever leave our home - ha! Can’t recommend her highly enough!
