Our family would use Deborah Harvey to sell another house again without hesitation. She is also the first real estate agent in her geographic area we would recommend to family and friends if asked for a recommendation for an agent. Why? Because from the beginning to the end of the process of selling our house Deborah was present, available, engaged, and kept us informed about developments as they arose. Deborah was also great at proactively preparing us for what might happen at different points of the process so we were less likely to be surprised and we could problem solve collectively as a family to be ready if any potential issue were going to come up with our sale. That might seem small, but when you have decided to sell your house as a family, and when it's getting to the point where you really need to move it for personal reasons, it was important we were ready and prepared to address anything that might come up. It was a tense, stressful time for our family, but we felt better about our chances of selling our house at a fair market price throughout the process because we had Deborah Harvey working with us. At regular intervals one family member would turn to another other and say, thank gosh we have Deborah helping us.

Compassionate and knowledgeable are the two adjectives I’d use to describe Deborah Harvey.

We have been looking for a home and it has been a challenging market for the area, land and type of house. We settled a few weeks ago and are very happy.
