About Deborah

Graduate of University of Mobile with Bachelor of Science degree and a double major in Education and Sociology. She has had a long career in magazine and television advertising sales and worked for such Publishers as Time, Inc., The Tribune Company and Time Warner.

Since becoming a Realtor, she has earned and maintained her Florida and Alabama sales license and has properties listed in both states. She has recently earned a new designation as a Certified Distressed Property Expert, which equips her to work with seller who may be in jeopardy of losing their home to foreclosure. The skills she's learned will allow her to help sellers negotiate a sales price with a lender which is lower than the mortgage amount. This is a Win-Win situation for all parties: the seller prevents foreclosure, a financial disaster that can ruin your credit for many years, the lender actually saves more money than by going into a costly foreclosure process and potential buyers get a great deal!

Continued education is a monthly commitment she's made to better serve the interests of her buyers and sellers. She stays educated on the latest legislation effecting the real estate market. She stays updated on everything that's going on in our local market, as well as national and international events that can effect us right here on the coast.
