We came in contact with Debbie through Zillow. we were first-time homebuyers so we were clueless on how the buying process worked. She listened to us and all our concerns and was able to ease our anxiety about buying. She put us in contact with a wonderful loan officer. Debbie gave us a app that let us explore potential properties. We looked through the properties after the loan officer Shelly gave us an estimate on our loan approval. Debbie was so sweet at letting us look at all the properties we were interested in. She was very knowledgeable of the areas and the different listings. When we found the property we wanted to put an offer on she made sure to make it so that our offer would be accepted. During the whole escrow process she was there to answer our questions at all times of the day. She also gave us some boxes to move with. any concerns we had with our future home she would communicate with the seller and get things done. She is such a kind soul. Working hard even when she has people in need that she takes care of at home. After we closed she even gift us with a Ring doorbell and Echo! Best experience ever. We would defiantly do business with her again in the future and recommend her to all our family and friends!

If there were ten stars for a google review, Deborah would have earned them!
She persevered through 100+ day escrow that no one expected.
She was unwaivering in her committment, dedication, realism, and boundless positivity through a very daunting escrow.
I am forever grateful to her for all that she did to find a caring couple to buy our home that we cared so much for and it really needed people who would be good neighbors in the community and faithful owners to the house.
She is in a word incredible!

While I have denoted 4 stars it is actually a 4.5 operation. Rarely is any human endeavor a top review.
Deborah works consistently in her client’s favor. She spends her own money on advertising even if it lessens her commission to insure a sale. As she did in my sale.
Iam not a “techie” I wanted print advertising. She listened. She acted. The first weekend of the ad we had many potential inquiries.
Most important to me she tells you the truth regarding negatives and positives one needs to deal with in selling a home. Sometimes it hurts feelings re cherished decorations.
But eliminating clutter worked.

I would strongly recommend Matrix to the reader.
