I very much enjoyed working with Debbie Shiley with her help in buying a house for my son. She made appointments for us to look at many houses over about a five week period. She was very responsive in meeting our requests. Debbie knows the contractors and home builders and was very comfortable with asking questions and getting answers on our behalf. Debbie is an outstanding realtor; I highly recommend her to help potential clients find a home to love.

Debbie was great to work with. She knows the Eastern Shore well. She was great about showing us a variety of homes, pointing out different details and explaining the value of different properties. She was not pushy and did not try to talk us into any particular home. We spent as little or as much time in each home as needed. We highly recommend her and we would use her again in the future.

I have used Debbie twice as my agent. I recommend her to all of my friends. On my recent sale, I got a much higher price than I expected, and my house sold the first day. Once you accept an offer, selling can still be stressful, but Debbie guides you, reassures you, and makes sure everything gets done by professionals and on time. Thanks to Debbie, the sale went through without a hitch.

Debbie assessed immediately what we needed to do to get the property ready to sell. She took care of lining up the right people to get the job done. She also pitched in to do the things we were unable to as we are living out of state. In short, Debbie went above and beyond. Debbie is a professional who knows her business well. For a very small investment upfront, Debbie had the property looking beautiful and sold before it was even listed for public view! She is a delight to work with, and I recommend her highly!
