About Debra

Debra has been in business over 25 years. Her last undertakings were running marinas. Over the past 18 years, Debra was a leader in the marina industry running two large marinas. In the case of both business, Debra transformed two marinas from run down boat yards to luxury marinas. Both marinas had many branches. So, she wore many hats in these positions. CEO, CFO, marketing manager, team development specialist, systems, and operations manager. Also, she managed a marine construction division. Her responsibilities included estimating jobs, obtaining permits, financial management, and operations management.

In addition to managing marinas, Debra has extensive experience in several other fields of business. Her family owned a utility construction company in Upstate New York. She was exposed to business operations at a very young age by working in the office for that company. In addition to these experiences, she also has worked property management, and has been involved on the buying and selling side of real estate as an investor in numerous transactions. In addition to her business endeavors, Debra served on the executive committee of several charitable organizations.

Debra is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology where she earned a 3.8 GPA graduating with Highest Honors with a Bachelor of Science. While working her way through college, she managed a small restaurant.
