Debra Clark

I started my career in Real Estate after raising a family of five children. In 2006, having hired a Realtor® to sell my personal home. She inspired me to jump into real estate. I started laying out my foundation in real estate by becoming an assistant to my then Realtor®. There I learned how to navigate the process of resales, vacant land sales, short sales, and the importance of understanding my client’s needs. In April of 2013 I obtained a CA real estate license and sold real estate in Amador Co for 10+ years. In February of 2024 I moved to Clarksville, TN and obtained my TN real estate license. Whether in CA or TN the same is true. I love what I do, helping people buy their dream home or helping sellers to move forward. Throughout the years I have had experience collaborating with your everyday buyers and sellers, sellers dealing with probate, trust sales, first time home buyers, veterans, and homeowners that are in default. I have a passion for helping others with their real estate needs and do so with integrity.
