Deb went above and beyond. We had a sale, which, unfortunately fell through- no fault of the buyer. It was a family situation. Deb didn't miss a beat for us. Marketed it again and we had another buyer really quickly.
No hesitation to recommend her and the company if you are considering selling your property.

We've bought and sold numerous homes and Deb Hanson was by far the best realtor we've ever experienced! From the beginning of the transaction to the end, she was responsive, solution-oriented, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her prior background in insurance makes her especially diligent when it comes to the fine details of a real estate transaction. In addition, she has surrounded herself with top notch experts - from the inspection company, the insurance agencies and particularly the real estate attorney who handled the purchase.
I've already recommended her to my family members and friends and she is the first person we will call for all of our real estate transactions.

Deb has been awesome through the whole process, we found her through a referral, we are from out of town and our first 2 realtors wouldn't return calls and when they did would send us things that we were not looking for, when we talked with Deb we told her what we were looking for and she took it from there. She was always only a call away, she's very knowledgeable of the area, and she truly is looking out for your best interests. Highly recommended!
And yes we love the house she found us.

Deb was instrumental in getting my condo sold for the asking price. She even got the buyer to pay title! Her negotiation skills were top notch as we had some minor details to work out and she handled every one flawlessly like it was a walk in the park. I cannot imagine the sale of my home to have gone more smoothly than it did with Deb Hanson at the helm. I knew that she was well versed in the market through her years of experience and her many contacts through community service and I felt confident to heed her advice.

Her marketing skills are exceptional (kudos also to the talented photographer) as are her professionalism and her willingness to do whatever was needed to complete the sale.
