After moving to Franklin TN in 2020, we decided to build a home in Maury County. Selecting land may seem like a simple task, but there is much to know and Debra's experience was invaluable. She was knowledgeable about the county, communities, desirability, whether or not land typically perks in certain areas, how difficult it may be to tap a well and property easements. Her patience with us throughout the process was exceptional. And all of this is overshadowed by her extreme attention to detail. Thank you Debra.

We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Debra Slone. We first contacted Debra from out of state to see a home for sale in her area of expertise, middle TN. We flew in and she showed us the property and was very observant in pointing out the possible issues, problems and quality of construction with the property. Over a year later we sold our home out of state and moved to TN and contacted Debra once again to find us our forever retirement home. Debra was an exceptional buyers agent as she knew the market conditions, she had knowledge of different areas and the strategies of purchasing a home at a great value. Debra was professional and always available for viewing homes, questions and suggestions to help facilitate a quick and seamless home purchase.
