Buying and selling real estate is probably the most expensive and stressful transaction in your lifetime. It's important to find the right REALTOR! Here is some information about me: I am a 5th generation Texan who has lived in Bastrop County for over 20 years. I am originally from Plano and my family migrated to Austin in 1977. Since we lived in far North Austin out of the city limits, I attended Pflugerville schools when the population was only 300! From that moment on, I knew I liked the country atmosphere, but wanted to still be close to large town conveniences. I am a Southwest Texas State Alumni (now Texas State) and studied a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, Broadcast Journalism, Mass Communications, and Business. While in Austin I taught pre-school, and I owned and operated a variety of businesses including the first home and pet-sitting service in the area in 1990 (back when people used the Yellow Pages to find business). My other businesses were an interior design/landscape design company and a medical billing company. Even though having my own businesses was rewarding, the best job I still have is being a Mom first and foremost (to the human kind and fur-babies). GOD and Family are my first priority. In my free time I like to be outside cycling, Landscaping, working on home improvement projects, spending time with my family and volunteering in many community organizations like animal shelters and visiting the elderly at nursing facilities. So, what can I do for YOU? The words “quit” and “can’t” are not included in my vocabulary. I understand that being a knowledgeable Realtor® should be combined with experience, determination, and understanding. My tenacity is equal only to the wonderful relationships I form with my clients.
