I am the Broker, Owner and President of Flags Real Estate, LLC in Kingwood, Texas. I hold a degree in Business; certified relocation specialist; Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), ePro, REO Certified, Texas Afforable Housing Specialist (TAHS); Top Producer; have provided BPO’s and selling assistance to HomEq Servicing (formerly HMSI) since 1996; former treasurer for WCR Lake Houston Chapter; and, a member of the Texas Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee since 1996.
I have relocated through corporate relocation services many times and those experiences helped develop my mission as a Realtor. Finding a home & moving is difficult for numerous reasons. My real estate career began in 1987 with a California residential property management company. In 1989 I joined a major commercial real estate developer before obtaining my California real estate licenses and selling homes at Century 21. In 1994 I returned to Houston, Texas and became a licensed Realtor. I have worked at RE/MAX and Prudential before moving to Flags Real Estate in 2004. My speciality, Buyers and Sellers.
